Shipping Details
All corals are shipped FedEx Overnight. Corals are packaged in individual plastic containers and shipped all together in a Styrofoam box. During the cold season, 48-hour heat packs are included. During the hot season, ice-packs are included. Shipping is a low, flat fee of $45.00 for FedEx Overnight. The box and packaging fee is now FREE.
In Addition: FREE SHIPPING and PACKAGING is now offered on orders over $225.00.
Shipping Times
Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday for delivery Tuesday through Friday. If you have a particular delivery date request, please include it in the Notes section of your order or email sales@zoanthids.com.
FedEx Hold For Pickup Instructions
FedEx Hold For Pickup is available. When checking out please ensure you put the following information in the comments section. Please follow this format:

EXACT FEDEX STATION CITY, STATE, ZIP
YOUR PHONE NUMBER
This will ensure that your corals are sent for FedEx hold and sent to the correct FedEx station. It is your responsibility to track and pickup the shipment.
Alive Arrival Guarantee
All livestock is guaranteed to arrive alive. Please notify us at sales@zoanthids.com within 6 hours of arrival to be eligible for credit of your livestock. A DIGITAL PHOTO IS REQUIRED WITHIN 12 HOURS of acceptance of shipment and we may ask you to ship the DOA specimen return via priority mail and will credit your account with us. We do not refund shipping charges. Please contact us immediately if you have questions or concerns about your order. We always do our best to get back with you as early as possible. We are not responsible for packages that shipping providers deliver late due to weather delays or lost packages. If you suspect that there may be a weather delay between your location and Utah, please delay shipment until the weather delay clears.
International Shipping Charges
To pass on the discount our local customers receive to our international customers, we have worked out a discounted shipping offer when your order has reached the minimum "Free U.S. Shipping" order total. For orders with a Subtotal more than $225, the FedEx International Shipping fee is ($75 + $10 Box Fee) $85 Total. For orders with a Subtotal less than $225, the FedEx International shipping fee is ($140 + $10 Box Fee) $150 Total.
International Shipping Terms
We do ship internationally, but those who are to receive international shipments understand and agree to the below terms...
We do our best to package all corals securely and to keep them at the optimum temperture, but because it generally takes more than 24 to 60 hours for shipments to arrive, we are not able to guarantee live arrival.
In addition, we require that each international customer knows the laws concerning the importation of zoanthids/palythoas into their country, and understands that we are not liable for any customs fees or losses due to holding periods or delivery delays.
